How often should I exercise?
Ideally, everyone should have at least 30 minutes of active time each day, where your heart rate is elevated. This could be a variety of different things, as long as your heart rate is elevated.
How long will it take to see results?
Results come in a variety of forms. One thing you will notice right away from being more active is more energy and a greater sense of focus. Your mood will improve. After time, you will see a change in your physique. It is different for everyone. Patience and consistency are key.
What if I want to change plans?
You can absolutely change plans depending on your schedule and budget.
Do I need to have equipment at home?
No. Your plan can be designed for at-home workouts.
